Integrative Massage Therapy

Integrative Massage Therapy takes an integrative approach to massage, because we know all bodies are different. We offer Deep Tissue, Swedish, Cupping Therapy, Ashiatsu and the use of the Fascia Blaster to customize each session tailored to you.

Colon Hydrotherapy

Colon Hydrotherapy, also known as Colonics, uses the natural flow of gravity to gently introduce triple filtered water to the colon that is used to eliminate waste, toxins and gas. Sessions last 45 minutes to an hour.

Meredith is so skilled and professional. Especially during the pandemic, I only wanted to go to a place that was extremely clean. I recently moved to the area and started going to her when she was in Fair Haven. It helps my neck and back issues so much that I continue to go to her even though she moved to Bradley Beach. The extra drive is worth it because she is an excellent massage therapist. I was even able to convince my husband to go to her once. I always get the 90 minute deep tissue and she always seems to know the trigger spots and gets them. Highly recommend!!!

Meredith is incredible. She used a combination of deep tissue and hot stones to bring me to absolute relaxation. I left feeling so wonderful and loose.
