Blending Techniques for Your Unique Needs. Colon Hydrotherapy, also known as Colonics, uses gravity to gently introduce triple-filtered water to the colon. This relaxing process supports the body’s cleansing process by helping remove waste, gas, and buildup. As a cornerstone of the Body Alchemy wellness experience, each session is designed for comfort and lasts 45–60 minutes, leaving you refreshed and renewed with gentle care.
CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on technique designed to support the body’s natural ability to relax, heal, and find balance. SomatoEmotional Release™ (SER) may help address lingering physical and emotional effects associated with past injuries or difficult experiences. By addressing physical and emotional layers, this approach creates space for deeper relaxation, release, and well-being, balance, and inner ease.

Therapy
Customized to meet your individual needs, this therapeutic massage blends a variety of bodywork techniques for a therapeutic experience. Your session may incorporate deeper tissue work, Swedish massage, Hot Stones, Cupping Therapy, Ashiatsu, Aromatherapy, or the FasciaBlaster. Each treatment is tailored to help release tension, encourage relaxation, and leave your body feeling refreshed, restored, and balanced.
Cavi
Lipo
Cavi-Lipo uses ultrasound technology to target stubborn areas and support the breakdown of fat cells that can be resistant to diet and exercise. This non-invasive treatment is designed to be comfortable and relaxing, with no downtime. It can be an alternative to liposuction without incisions or scarring. Each session includes 10 minutes on a whole-body vibration plate to complement your wellness care.
